Skull Base Foundation

The Skull Base Foundation have supported research projects related to skull base disease for many years. Some of the recent projects that we have supported include:

• Genetics of schwannomas and meningiomas

• Quality of life in patients with vestibular schwannomas

• The incidence of sigmoid sinus thrombosis following vestibular schwannoma surgery

• Novel imaging techniques for the detection of sigmoid sinus thrombosis
